Clinical (Service) Responsibilities (dates, specialty, role, time commitment) 2010-2013 Pediatric Heart Failure and Transplant, Director of the ACSP Heart Failure and transplant program. Full time position establishing a heart failure and transplant program, creating protocols, guidelines, and clinical practice for both inpatient and outpatient care areas. 2010-2013 Pediatric Invasivc Cardiology Attending, Participate in cardiac catheterization procedures, cardiac catheterization call, and educational responsibilities for invasive Cardiology team. 2010-2013 Pediatric General Cardiology Attending, Participate in the general cardiology inpatient and outpatient care responsibilities, including the general inpatient call schedule. 2013-present Pediatric Heart Failure, Transplant, MCS Attending serving 12 weeks of inpatient service including donor transplant responsibilities. Additionally, serving as the general cardiology Consult Attending for 5 weeks of the year, and A6 Attending on weekend and evenings during this time.
