Ohio Valley Chapter, Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine Fall Conference 11/3/2017

Friday, November 3, 2017, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Cincinnati Children's Main Campus

This conference will provide an up to date, evidence based approach to issues regarding adolescents including psychopharmacology and menorrhagia. In addition, there will be numerous break out sessions covering many contemporary issues impacting adolescent health and wellness.

This conference will be located at Cincinnati Children's Main Campus, Sabin Auditorium, 3333 Burnet Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45229.

• $65 OVSAHM members
• $30 for trainees (medical student, resident, fellow, post-doc)

Cancellations received before October 15, 2017 will be fully refunded.  Cancellations received after October 15, 2017 will not be refunded.

Physicians: This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Cincinnati Children’s and OVSAHM.  Cincinnati Children’s is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Cincinnati Children's designates this live activity for a maximum of 6.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nurses:
Nurses in Ohio may use CME credit towards their RN licensure.  CME credit transfers hour for hour.

Psychologists: Cincinnati Children’s is approved by the Ohio Psychological Association-CME Program to offer continuing education for psychologists.  Cincinnati Children’s (provider #310833936), maintains responsibility for the program.  This program is approved for 5.5 hours.

Social Workers: Cincinnati Children’s Social Service is an approved provider of social work clock hours by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board (provider number RSX069302).
