Cancellation Policy:
Early registration is recommended, as attendance is limited. Cancellations received on or before June 25, 2018 are fully refundable. After June 25, 2018, a $75 processing fee will be charged for cancellations. Should Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center cancel this conference, registration fees will be reimbursed in full. However, Cincinnati Children’s is not responsible for any other costs incurred by the participant.

Aspen-Pitkin County Airport/Sardy Field (ASE) is approximately 7 miles from Snowmass Village and 4 miles from the Aspen business district. The airport is served by United Airlines and American Airlines regional jets. Denver International Airport (DIA) is approximately a 3.5 hour drive to/from Snowmass Village.
