Cancellation Policy:

Early registration is recommended, as attendance is limited. Cancellations received on or before June 24, 2019 are fully refundable. After June 24, 2019, a $75 processing fee will be charged for cancellations.  

Should Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center cancel this conference, registration fees will be reimbursed in full. However, Cincinnati Children’s is not responsible for any other costs incurred by the participant.



Accreditation

In support of improving patient care, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

CME: This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.

MOC Part II: Successful completion of this CME activity enables the participant to earn MOC points in the American Board of Pediatrics’ (ABP) & American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABP & ABIM MOC credit.

Air Travel information

Aspen-Pitkin County Airport/Sardy Field (ASE) is approximately 7 miles from Snowmass Village and 4 miles from the Aspen business district. The airport is served by United Airlines and American Airlines regional jets. Complimentary ground transportation to and from the airport is offered to attendees staying at the Viceroy Snowmass hotel.

Denver International Airport (DIA) is approximately a 3.5 hour drive to/from Snowmass Village.
