An international symposium of cardiothoracic surgeons, cardiologists, perfusionists, ECMO specialists, bioengineers, basic scientists and other healthcare professionals, this meeting will give attendees the opportunity to network with over 185 healthcare providers. The overall objective of the conference is to bring together internationally recognized clinicians, bioengineers and basic scientists involved in research on pediatric mechanical circulatory support systems and pediatric cardiopulmonary bypass physiology. The 2020 meeting, through presentations, debates, case-based discussions and simulations, will provide an overview on the current landscape and innovations of mechanical circulatory support and cardiopulmonary perfusion for the child, adolescent, and adult with congenital heart disease.
