Overview

Half-day, hands-on and didactic presentations on diagnosis and treatment of common pediatric dermatology conditions for Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Associates.   Including topics on:

  • Treatment of warts and molluscum
  • Culture collection techniques
  • Acne
  • Eczema including wet wrap
  • Hidradenitis
  • Topical steroids

Objectives
  1. Identify signs and symptoms of pediatric disorders.
  2. Integrate updated guidelines into daily practice for managing pediatric diagnoses in the community.
  3. Apply strategies to provide timely treatment.
