Important Dates:
January 5, 2017 – Call for Abstracts Open
February 16, 2017:  Online Abstract Submission Deadline
March 1, 2017: Abstract Acceptance email notification

To successfully submit an abstract you will need to follow the guidelines below. For a list of categories and suggested topics click here: abstract categories

  • Identify the presenting author (s)
  • Title
  • 3000 character limit for all content

Deadline to submit February 16, 2017 at 11:59 PM EST. Authors will be notified of acceptance by March 1, 2017.
